All purchases are final.
Since we move quickly to print, cut, and sew your custom handmade merchandise, we cannot accept modifications or cancellations to your orders once submitted. Londyn New York does not carry inventory and each product is crafted with pristine detail to fit your needs. This includes different sizing or quantity. If you would like to increase your quantity, please place an separate order.
Please understand after a Londyn New York product has been printed, it is not able to be resold due to the customized nature of how custom handmade merchandise is managed.
It's our priority to make sure you receive your merchandise without any flaws.
In the event your Londyn New York product is damaged or defective, please contact Londyn New York within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product. You must provide reasonable proof to Londyn New York of such damage or defect. Londyn New York will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund. Londyn New York will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of its decision.
Should the return be considered a defect, Londyn New York reserves the right to investigate and conduct a thorough analysis of the defect, which may include sending the defective merchandise to our Manufacturing Company before a decision can be made. Londyn New York will not honor defect requests which are attributed to your customers size concerns. Please see all Size Charts before completing your order*
Before submitting for a return, please note the following:
- Review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your product requirements.
- Dirty or worn clothing with missing tags/labels are not eligible.
- Washed clothing is not eligible for return.
For returns including defect requests, Londyn New York will communicate with you (the customer) on shipping instructions. Customer will be provided with a return address. Do not ship to the return address on your package as that will be coming from a manufacture and they will not honor your return.
To submit for a return, please follow these instructions by emailing Returns@LondynNewYork.com the following:
- Your 15 digit order number
- List the item(s) returning
- Reason for return
- Clear images of the item(s) requesting for return. Images must include:
- Apparel, Accessories & Home Goods- All sides including top and bottom views.
- Footwear- Inside, outside, and bottom of the sole.
Should any of the information listed above be incomplete or inaccurate, the return processing will be delayed.
